There is an option to travel to Boracay from places like Batangas or Mindoro by boat, but unless you are already in those locations or saving a few euros is more important than your time, we do not recommend it.

The best way to get to Boracay is by air.

Arriving in Boracay by Plane:

There are two airports near Boracay with flights from other parts of the Philippines: Caticlan Airport and Kalibo International Airport.

Traveling to Boracay via Caticlan Airport:

Direct flights from the airports in Manila and Clark in Luzon, Cebu, and El Nido.

To check the updated schedule and prices, we recommend searching the websites of the airlines: Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, AirAsia, and Air Swift, which occasionally connects this destination with El Nido.

Upon exiting the airport, if you have not arranged a transfer service to your accommodation in Boracay, you can take public transport to the port, then take a boat for the brief trip to Boracay and take public transport again to your accommodation.

Traveling to Boracay via Kalibo Airport:

From Manila and Cebu, you can also fly to the other airport near Boracay, Kalibo.
Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, and AirAsia operate this route.

If you have not arranged a transfer service to your accommodation, you will find ticket sales points for vans that make this trip.
