Child Protection and Exploitation Prevention Policy

Our Commitment at BNT Travel and Tours

At BNT Travel and Tours, we believe that travel is not just about seeing new places, it’s about treating people with respect and dignity along the way. That’s why we have zero tolerance for any form of exploitation, abuse, or harassment, especially involving children and vulnerable individuals.

1. Why this policy?

Because we want to make sure that none of our tours, services, or partnerships ever support, directly or indirectly, any kind of commercial, sexual, or exploitative behavior, particularly involving minors.

2. Who is this for?

This policy applies to everyone involved in our trips:

  • Our staff, guides, and freelance collaborators

  • Transport and accommodation partners

  • All travelers who book with us

  • Local community tourism partners

3. What we stand for

  • We strictly reject any form of abuse or sexual exploitation.

  • We inform our travelers about ethical behavior through emails, briefings, and our website.

  • We train our team to recognize and report signs of abuse.

  • We report any suspicious situation to the authorities immediately.

  • We work alongside organizations like ECPAT and follow international ethical tourism standards.

4. For our travelers

Before the trip, we make sure every guest understands:

  • Our strong stance on child protection and responsible travel.

  • The importance of respectful behavior towards local communities, especially towards children.

  • That any inappropriate action or violation of the law will lead to immediate consequences, including being reported to the authorities and termination of services.

5. If you see or suspect something

If you ever witness or suspect abuse or exploitation during a tour:

  • Tell your guide right away, or

  • Contact our office directly, or

  • Reach out to local police or social services.

We take all reports seriously and handle them confidentially.

6. If someone breaks this policy

Any violation, by a traveler, staff member, or partner, will lead to:

  • Immediate suspension or removal

  • A report to legal authorities

  • A permanent end to collaboration with our agency
